To report issues or complaints with uninspected or wholesaled meat, milk, or egg products, exemption processed meat or poultry, or our licensed facilities. Please contact us by email at LIVFoodSafety@mt.gov.

In your email please include the following information:

• Where are you located?
• What is the affected product (Example: jerky, eggs, milk cartons)?
• Where the product purchased/processed.
• Date of issue.
• Brief description of complaint.
• Does this complaint involve an illness?
• Attach any pictures you may have of the issue/complaint.
• Your name.
• Your preferred phone number.
• Your email address.
